MOTORINGSOWETO WAYAWAYA recently got up close with Maps, founder of Cres-King, and re-designer of GP 85 Toyota Cressida Mk.Interestingly, he went against the grain: instead of restoring the usual type of car he went with his heart, kings and queens. Please, welcome Coco aka Cres-King GP. From raw metal, this Cressida was resurrected. The paint-work boasts a super white 2k coat and a fully fitted Mini Cooper R53 sunroof and cruises around on a set of 14 inch Enkei Reverge narrows and wide 9j rims. Initially he fitted a drop kit suspension but because of the stance bug and needing more low, he opted for customised coilovers by FJM Performance. The cars interior was fully customised with double stitched scotch genuine leather with a combination of cream white and dark brown inners. Whilst breaking necks in the vaal, Coco is fitted with a JVC single deck PIONEER MID RANGE & 6X9’S. The boot packs 2 TARGA 2D SUB WOOFERS powered by an 8000w/3000RMS D Series XTC Monoblock Amplifier. Making sure that you not only enjoy how the car looks driving past you but you can enjoy the tunes which pulsate in sync with your excited heart beat.

Like most gents in the stance scene keeping your old skool cool clean requires alot of attention to detail. First a wire tuck certainly keeps the engine bay clean and spacious. As for performance, this 85 has a Bored 2.0 Gas Flowed Motor with bigger valves added. Cold air intake directly to the carburettor and a 57mm stainless steelfree flow exhaust system.The Vaal Xclusive team host an annual charity event and come 5th May 2019 its gonna be super lit with crews from all over endorsing the need for the charity drive.
